We hope you will be pleased with your purchase at A Modern World, however should you wish to return anything bought from us or your purchase is unsuitable, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, providing that the goods are in a fully saleable condition and still in their original packaging. We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties. If the goods are not in fully resalable condition when returned to us, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct an uplift fee from the refund amount. Keep in mind, returns on shipped orders incur return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that you are only entitled to return goods within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Custom and special order items are non refundable/returnable.

If your order is damaged or missing parts you must notify us within 2 days of receipt by e-mail or telephone. All original packaging MUST BE KEPT for inspection. We will respond and advise what course of action must be taken in these circumstances.
